Last updated 7 August 2026. This explains what we do with your personal data and the rights you have over it.
Adgency Labs is a trading name of Malinoir, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at l.mahihu@malinoir.com.
When you fill in the form on our contact page, or email us, we receive your company name, your city, your trade, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
If you go on to buy from us, we also hold the answers you give at intake, the files we produce for you, and a record of what you were invoiced and when you paid.
If you take Adgency Labs Managed, we hold whatever access you grant us to your social accounts, plus the content we schedule and the performance figures those platforms report back.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or trackers on this website. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address for security and reliability.
To answer your enquiry and send the free banner: our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about our services.
To produce and deliver work you have ordered, and to invoice you: performance of our contract with you.
To keep accounting records: our legal obligation under UK tax law.
To send you occasional emails about our own similar services after you have bought from us: our legitimate interest, and you can stop these at any time by replying and saying so.
We use a small number of suppliers who process data on our behalf: Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for the database that holds enquiries, Resend for sending our notification and sign in emails, Google Workspace for our own email, and the creative production tools we use to build your ads. Our enquiry database is hosted in London. Where a supplier is outside the UK, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the equivalent safeguards those suppliers publish.
When you send the form we also keep a one way scrambled version of your network address for up to an hour, purely to stop the form being abused. It cannot be turned back into your address and it is not linked to your enquiry.
If you take Adgency Labs Managed, we also act on your instructions inside Meta, TikTok and Google platforms. Those companies are separate controllers of the data held in your accounts and their own privacy policies apply.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Enquiries that do not turn into work: 12 months, then deleted.
Client records and the files we made for you: 6 years after the last piece of work, which is the period HMRC expects business records to be kept.
Social account access under Adgency Labs Managed: removed within 7 days of the service ending.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, ask for it in a portable format, and object to processing we are doing on the basis of legitimate interest. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are a client, we will email you.
